Our goal is to provide access to quality education to populations devastated by war and poverty. The target beneficiaries are located in refugee camps in Sudan and Djiboutti and IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) camps throughout the Tigray and Afar Region. Medina International Foundation will provide materials such as books and other educational resources as well as support initiatives to build schools in these target areas.
Education is a key tool for a community to advance itself and to sustain its advancement. Help us provide that tool.
We will also provide food, clothing, and medicine, including medical equipment, in addition to providing support for medical initiatives such as building urgent care clinics in refugee camps throughout Sudan and Djiboutti as well as IDP centers in Tigray and Afar. Help us bring this basic human right to the people of this region.
Thousands of women and children are facing dire food shortages in refugee camps and IDP Camps. Help us to feed them.
Medina International Foundation (MIF) was founded by Zebib Mussa, as an initiative to support displaced people from Tigray and Afar who are currently in refugee camps in Sudan and Djibouti as well as IDP centers in Tigray and Afar regions.
Ms. Mussa first got inspired to form a non-profit organization to support women throughout the Tigray and Afar regions, by supporting the accessibility and advancement of education as well as increasing access to basic sanitary and medical services for women. However, with the growing unrest in the region and the increased number of refugees as well as people living under dire conditions, Ms. Mussa and all members of Medina International Foundation hope to reach as many people in need as possible through our non-profit organization, Medina International Foundation. Ms. Musa and the rest of the team of MIF, understand the dire need in the region
Education is a key tool for a society to advance itself and to sustain its advancement. Thus, one of the main goals of Medina International Foundation is to work on providing access to quality education throughout rural Tigray and Afar with special focus on refugee camps and IDP camps. Medina International Foundation will provide materials needed such as books, as well as support initiatives to build schools in rural Tigray and Afar as well as camps hosting refugees and IDPs.
In addition to providing support through education, Medina International Foundation will also provide food, clothing, and medicine, including medical equipment as well as support for initiatives to build urgent care clinics in rural areas throughout these regions. The foundation hopes to reach as many vulnerable populations throughout the region, and to continue expanding its reach in the future.
